1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing construction materials from Nirman BuildMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all contractors, builders, and individual customers engaging with our business in India.

2. Products and Availability

Nirman BuildMart provides a wide range of building supplies, including but not limited to cement, steel, aggregates, and structural materials. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or modify product specifications without prior notice.

While we strive to display material specifications and colors as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to manufacturing batches or natural material properties.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing for bulk commodities such as steel and cement may fluctuate based on market conditions. The final price applicable to your order is the price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

• Full payment is required before the dispatch of materials, unless credit terms have been formally established and approved by our finance department.
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards for transactions.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Site Access

We organize delivery of materials to construction sites across the Delhi NCR region and selected areas across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order placement.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery site has safe and adequate access for heavy commercial vehicles. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, the customer will be liable for any additional return or re-routing freight charges.

5. Returns and Quality Claims

Due to the nature of construction materials, returns are only accepted in cases of proven manufacturing defects or delivery of incorrect items. Claims regarding quality, damage, or shortages must be reported to our sales team within 24 hours of material delivery. Materials that have been used, mixed, or altered on-site cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nirman BuildMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project delays or loss of profit, arising from the use or inability to use our materials, or from delays in delivery. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific materials in dispute.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms, our products, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
